Callum Devine & Noel O’Sullivan wins the 2023 Donegal International Rally after rival Josh Moffett slid off the road in Sunday’s stages.

Defending Donegal International winners Josh Moffett and Andy Hayes went off the road in mixed-conditions at Fanad Head – putting them out of second overall.

With three stages to go, this gave Devine a 53-second lead over Sam Moffett who was given a nominal time after stopping with Josh.

Devine in the end comfortably took the win with Sam Moffett surprisingly took third place.

Matt Edwards once again stormed his way to take a brilliant second place despite at the end of Fridays session he was in seventh place.

Garry Jennings dropped behind Meirion Evans and Robert Barrable after losing flat-shift over the first three stages of the day.

In the end Evans and Barrable rounded off the top five positions with Ryan Loughran sixth in his Fiesta R5. Jonathan Greer, Gary Jennings, Desi Henry and Kevin Gallagher completed the top ten.

Gallagher also took class honours in the modified section. Devine now leads the standings with only two rounds remain in the championship. The next event will be the Cork 20 in August.
