Kris Meeke admitted he let slip the chance to make it consecutive victories in this season’s Portuguese Rally Championship following his early retirement from Rali Vinho da Madeira but he now has a chance for redemption this weekend.
Competing in Rali Da Agua, Meeke is considered one of the favourites to take the win, with an outside chance still to challenge for the title.
Kris Meeke’s bid to win the Portuguese Rally Championship took a massive blow after he crashed out the last round.
The action gets underway on Friday evening with three stages due to take place, crews will then face another seven stages on Saturday.
