This year Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy will field a two-car team in the FIA European Rally Championship for the first time. Brennan will join Galway’s Aoife Raftery who is returning to the championship for the second time.
Billy Coleman Award winner Jack Brennan will make his FIA European Rally Championship debut in Hungary on April 12-14.
The Mooncoin, County Kilkenny-based driver has been selected as part of a two-car Irish junior team to contest the six-round championship.
The two Rally Academy members are entered in Rally Hungary, the opening the event in the six-round 2024 FIA Junior European Rally Championship.
Both drivers will compete in Peugeot 208 Rally4 cars with on-event support provided by Spain-based Irish rally team PCRS Rallysport. Brennan will be co-driven by Enniscorthy’s John McGrath while County Antrim’s Hannah McKillop.
