Meeke wins Rali Terras D’Aboboreira in a star studded line up which included WRC stars to put him in good contention for Rally Portugal next month.

Meeke and co-driver Stuart Loudon led the 2024 Rali Terras D’Aboboreira from the first to the last section with current WRC2 driver Pierre-Louis Loubet and Loris Pascaud managed to finish second place from compatriots Yohan Rossel and Arnaud Dunand.

In the Hyundai i20, Kris showed his class as he recorded quickest times on 4 of the 7 stages to take the overall win by over 11 seconds over Loubet.

But most importantly he maintains his 100% winning streak in the third round of the Portuguese Rally Championship and maximum points in the process.

His closest Portuguese rival Armindo Araújo finished almost 2 minutes behind Meeke and 7th overall in the event. He now sits at the top of the standings on 84 points.

Earlier this month Meeke announced that he will be competing at Rally Portugal (9-12/05) in the WRC2 Class in the same car with Loudon.
