Michael Dunlop has been nominated for MCN rider of the year 2024.
Michael Dunlop arrived at the 2024 TT with his sights set on overtaking his Uncle Joey’s record of 26 TT wins to become the sports greatest ever. Not only did he achieve that he went on to bag wins 27, 28 and 29 to become TT’s new benchmark.
His victories came in the Supertwin and Supersport races and it could have easily been more – especially when he was forced to stop and re-attach his visor whilst comfortably leading the Superbike race. He’ll be gunning for more wins in 2025.
