Claudy’s Callum Devine will go from winning the prestigious Irish Tarmac Rally Championship for the second time to chasing FIA European Rally Championship success for Team MRF Tyres.

The one-time ERC podium finisher, who put the 2025 Irish Tarmac crown beyond doubt with victory on last weekend’s Ulster Rally, will contest this week’s JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion in a Škoda Fabia RS supported by MRF Tyres and co-driven by ERC rookie Niall Burns.
After scoring an ERC podium on his fourth start in Hungary in 2019, Devine became a regular in the championship between 2020 and 2021. He returned to ERC duty for last season’s JDS Machinery Rali Ceredigion and impressed by finishing fifth overall.
Devine clinched the 2025 Irish Tarmac Championship by winning the Ulster Rally. Devine continued his remarkable winning streak in the 2025 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship by reclaiming the title with a round to spare.
After 100 competitive miles, the Claudy man secured a first Ulster win to add it to the first-place finishes he recorded at the Circuit of Ireland Rally, Rally of the Lakes in Killarney and Donegal International Rally with Noel O’Sullivan in the space of a five-month period.
