The Ulster Rally will host one of the rounds from the rebranded European Historic Rally Championship next year.

The Pre-2000 Championship will feature eight events, providing a dedicated stage for the growing number of competitors with iconic cars from 1993-2000 (Period K).
The 2026 season opens alongside the pre-1992 contenders at Rally Costa Brava, before continuing to the Historic Vltava Rally (24-26 April) in the Czech Republic, with Rallye du Chablais (28-30 May) in Switzerland returning to the Championship. Ardeca Ypres Rally (25-27 June) and Rally Weiz Historic (16-18 July) follow mid-summer, ahead of the all-new Ulster International Rally (7-9 August), Northern Ireland’s first appearance on the EHRC Calendar.
The campaign concludes in Italy with Rally Elba Storico (24-26 September) and Sanremo Rally Storico (16-17 October) along the Ligurian coast.
This paves the way of featuring some of the most iconic Group A and national class cars competing on Irish Tarmac including the infamous F2 Kit Cars to name a few.

The official entry list for the competition won’t be unveiled till sometime next year with rumours speculating that the event will be based in Coleraine in 2026.
