Continuing on from a healthy lead, the crew stayed at Wales om the second days action which included the infamous Sweet Lamb session. However they first had to deal with tricky wintry conditions which involved snow and ice.

This didn’t put off the leaders show maintain the top spot further extending there lead by over 1 minute on Paul Barrett and Gordon Noble in the Ford MK2 with 2023 Winners Marty McCormack and Barney Mitchell in third a further 30 seconds adrift.

Osian Pryce and Dale Furniss could have had a better cushion but spun on the ice dropping nearly a minute on the last stage of the day.

Sadly we won’t be seeing the Lancia Stratos for the rest of the event as Seb Perez went off on the opening stage while Matt Edwards who was holding second by Day 1 had issues on stage 8 to drop him down the leaderboard.

Next up is Scotland with Carlisle Airport serving as the northern base for the 2025 Roger Albert Clark Rally from Saturday, November 22, to Monday, November 24, and will be closed to fly-in visitors that weekend.
