Osian Pryce and co-driver Rhodri Evans claim the BRC RallyNuts Stages event with a well deserved win to get their British Rally Championship campaign back on track.

It was a mixed day for rallying, with grey and overcast cover for the majority of the day and some of the best stages Wales has to offer in excellent condition.

It was Chris Ingram in the VW Polo GTI who set the pace in the opening stage but that was to be his best performance of the day as Pryce strived as the day progressed.

Winning 5 of the 7 stages, the multiple BRC Champions on the event in their Fiesta Rally 2 by over 20 seconds. William Creighton continued to shine in the BRC season debut claiming second place and more knowledge and experience with their M-Sport Fiesta.

Third was North West Stages Winners Chris Ingram and Alexander Kihurani. A solid result as they maintain the top spot still in the championship standings.

Elsewhere it was another day to forget for championship contender Keith Cronin as he finished 11th after an issue on stage 6 hampered his chances of an podium place.

Also ex F1 driver Jos Verstappen who was making his rally debut on British soil finished 8th in class and 11th overall in the event.
