Rathfriland Motor Club would like to personally thank everybody involved in the recent RKings Down Rally.
In a statement, the Rathfriland Motor Club Chairman Malcolm Johnston expressed the determination and commitment of the Down Rally team who put in the magnificent effort into making the event a success.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that’s helped out in the 2025 Down Rally. Everyone from the rescue crews, the ambulances, and marshals that always do a grand job.
Additionally, a word of thanks to the stage commanders that worked hard over a couple of days before the rally, setting up stages, setting out boards, tapping up gates and the amount of work that they did, and I just want to thank everyone for all the work they’ve done over the weekend.”
I hope everyone will come back and enjoy the rally next year.”
Barry Savage, Vice-Chairman of the Rathfriland Motor Club followed it up by thanking all the RKings Down Rally sponsors and The Boulevard, Banbridge for hosting Friday’s Down Rally Fanzone.
