Reigning Irish Tarmac Rally champion and four-time British Rally champion Keith Cronin is stepping back from rallying for the immediate future due to the expansion of family business interests.

The Irish driver withdrew his entry from this weekend’s Jim Clark Rally, round three of the British Rally Championship, in the aftermath of his accident when in the lead on the Rally of the Lakes in Killarney.
No confirmation has been made whatever or not we will see Cronin compete later in the year or in Donegal to that matter.
It has been a mixed start to Keith’s 2025 campaign both in the Irish Tarmac and British Rally Championships respectively.
A second place finish in the BRC opener at East Riding was followed by wins at West Cork and Carlow Forest Rally. However this has been marred following his massive off at Killarney and with family duties confirming this announcement.
No news has been made in regards to Cronin’s co-drive Mikie Galvin in regards to his plans for 2025.
