Jonny Greer and Niall Burns sealed the Echlinville Distillery Stage Rally win at Kirkistown with a faultless performance aboard their Citroen C3 Rally2.
They went fastest on stage one by 2.4 seconds despite having to avoid a tyre pulled out onto the track.

Philip Allen was less than impressed with his “messy” run while Kyle White found the limit of his Hyundai i20 R5, spinning on the second test.
Emma McKinstry had been fifth after stage one but lost a heap of time after misjudging Kirkistown’s bottom hairpin and getting stuck in tyres.
Stuart Biggerstaff was edging closer to Greer by stage 4 as all the drivers where finding their way around the course.
Jonny Greer keeps his lead despite catching Philip Allen and sliding off at the flying finish but Stuart Biggerstaff has narrowed the gap with another cracking time. 5 seconds was the gap between the pair with Allen in third.
With 1 stage remaining could anyone stop Jonny Greer and Niall Burns? They punch in another fastest time on stage five to give them a 8.4s lead over Stuart Biggerstaff.
Allen suffered issues and had to drop out of the field. This allowed Derek McGarrity to take the final podium position at that moment.
At the end the defending champions Greer and Burns to the win. Stuart Biggerstaff gave him a good challenge but it just wasn’t enough as the stages started to dry out towards the end.
McGarrity claimed third while wn epic drive by Colin Price and Bill Regan ensured they sealed top two-wheel-drive honours in their Toyota Starlet. James Kennedy kept them honest but had to settle for second ahead of an impressive Jaye Nevin.
Peter and Stephen Dowds were victorious in the Nissan Micra Challenge.
