David Condell and Michael Coady claimed the Brown & Brown NI Forest Rally Challenge title on yesterdays Dogleap Rally.

The Skoda crew finished the four-round championship ahead of round four winners Jonathan Greer and Niall Burns. A fightback from a stage four puncture put Jordan and Paul Hone third in the championship standings, tied on points with Vivian Hamill and Keith Hall, but claiming third due to higher event finishes.
A competitive day was on offer for the spectators with Greer and Hone trading fastest stages times throughout the day and Jason Dickson in the mix also.
However Greer made his move the penultimate stage, by 1.0s from Stephen Dickson, with one stage to run. Jordan Hone was fastest through the stage, but was still sixth overall, 43.3s off the lead.
Jonathan Greer and Niall Burns won the Dogleap Rally by 7.7s from Niall Devine and Liam McIntyre, with Jordan and Paul Hone climbing three places to make it an all Brown & Brown NI Forest Rally Challenge podium.

Early leaders Stephen Dickson and Ben Teggart stopped on the final run over Cam, losing second overall. David Condell’s sixth place finish was enough to secure the title.
Jordan and Paul Hone took their Irish Forestry maximum score of the season on their home event after a great record of consistent finishes all season long.
David Condell and Michael Coady took their second consecutive second place of the season to close out their year and will be happy with the progress they have made.
